I spent 15 years running operations servicing or working for Fortune 500 companies, most recently at Amazon managing fleet operations across four European countries.
On paper, everything worked. Underneath, I was running out of road.
The third burnout was the one that changed things. I stopped, looked at the pattern, and made a decision.
I left and built something different. That experience is what makes the work move.
I've sat in the exact place most of my clients are sitting.
