I spent 15 years being good at something that was breaking me down..mentally and physically. Affecting my home, personal, profesional life and everything in between.

Three burnouts across a 15-year corporate career. Moments where I was performing on the outside and falling apart on the inside. Times where I had no idea where to look or what to do next. Failure has been as much a part of my story as anything I’d put on a resume.

That’s what eventually led me here. And it’s why I work the way I do.

I believe every individual holds untapped potential, and my role as a coach is to help you access it with courage and clarity. Coaching is a collaborative process built on accountability, fresh perspectives, and focused action. I bring a background in leading complex operations at Tier-1 companies and combine it with a coaching framework grounded in emotional intelligence, structure, and proven tools.

I know what it looks like to be stuck, to doubt yourself, to feel like the path forward is somewhere but you can’t find it. That experience is the reason I can sit with a client in that same place, and truly understand…this is the reason the work moves. Clients have told me they answered questions they didn’t know they had, and that they remembered things about themselves they had forgotten. A single conversation that can totally change a perspective.

1:1 Coaching, Corporate Coaching & Consulting

I work with individuals and with the companies that employ them. The entry point is different, but the goal is the same: help people move from stuck to clear, and from clear to action. The process is structured yet flexible. You can expect sharp questions, creative challenges, and a consistent focus on helping you make meaningful, measurable progress. My coaching is personalized and tailored.

For individuals

This is focused, personal work. One conversation at a time, built around what you’re carrying right now. A career decision that keeps getting postponed. A role that no longer fits. A version of success that looks right on paper but doesn’t feel right in practice. Sessions are 60 minutes, online or in person, goal-oriented and built around your goal.

For organizations

Some of my best work happens inside companies, with the people who run things and rarely get support themselves. One current engagement spans an organization of over 1,000 people. I work with 18 individuals across three layers of leadership, from the head of the organization through his direct reports and their teams. The company defined four leadership elements they want to develop across the organization. The pressure is different at each level and my job is to work with each person on those elements in a way that fits where they are, what their strengths and opportunities are, and how they can better lead.

For consulting

I’ve seen firsthand how often strong teams get stuck between vision and execution. My background in large-scale operations taught me where things slow down and where the right structure changes everything. I help businesses close that gap, bringing the same clarity and directness I bring to my coaching work.
