Please reach out via the contact section if you cannot find an answer to your question.
Coaching is a conversation built around you: your goals, what's in the way, what you do next. I don't give advice. I ask questions that help you find your own answers and see the pattern you're stuck in.
Short version: therapy heals the past. Consulting solves problems. Mentoring shares experience. Coaching moves you forward.
If you feel stuck, unsure, or ready for a change but can't see the next step, this is probably for you. It's for people who want to think straight and then actually do something about it. The free call is how you test whether this fits, no pressure either way.
It's a free 30 minute call. We talk through where you are and what you want out of it. You get a sense of how I work, I explain what working together would actually look like, and you leave knowing more than when you started, whether or not we continue
Two groups.
Individually: professionals and leaders at a crossroads, a career transition, a relocation, a leadership jump, or a point where things don't fit the way they used to. Most are high performers going through change who want structure instead of more overthinking.
I also work inside companies, coaching leadership teams, usually several layers of one organization at once.
Clients are spread across the US, Europe, and Latin America.
Structured and direct. I create a space where you can slow down and actually think, without judgment. I ask the questions that cut to what matters and help you see patterns you can't see from inside them. I'll push back when something doesn't add up, and I'll hold you to what you said you wanted. My job isn't to hand you answers, it's to help you find yours faster.
Most people notice something change within the first three sessions. How many you need depends on what you're working through, some come for one decision, others go deeper over months.
What the work actually does:
AI is useful. It can organize your thoughts, summarize what you're working through, and ask decent reflective questions. Used well, it helps you think.
But it's a tool, not a person. It can't read what you're not saying. It can't sit with you in something hard. It can't push back the way someone who actually knows you can. More people are leaning on AI for things that used to require another human, and that trade costs something: the muscle of figuring things out with someone else in the room.
AI can support the work, but it can't replace it.
Yes. I coach in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
