The Practice

I do consulting because I’ve seen how often good ideas and strong teams get stuck in the gap between vision and execution. My background in operations taught me that clarity, structure, and alignment can transform that gap into momentum. 


While coaching supports individuals in navigating life and career transitions, consulting ensures that businesses have the structure and direction to thrive. In both, the aim is the same: clarity that moves people and organizations forward.

Consulting Work

I bring over 15 years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, fleet, and product leadership, with a track record of managing complex programs across Europe and the US at Amazon. Trained as an Industrial & Systems Engineer and certified in PMP, Lean, and Six Sigma Green Belt, I combine strategic vision with analytical depth and hands-on execution. My consulting practice builds on this foundation to help companies sharpen strategy, improve processes, and bridge the gap between vision and results. The focus is always practical: creating systems and structures that drive measurable outcomes while keeping people at the center.


I work with organizations to refine operations, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, and design processes that scale. Whether simplifying workflows, managing change, or aligning teams around shared goals, my approach is to cut through complexity, identify the highest-leverage levers, and guide implementation with clarity. Clients benefit from frameworks that are structured yet flexible, ensuring that improvements are not only effective in theory but sustainable in practice.


My consulting engagements typically address areas such as fleet and network strategy, vendor and procurement optimization, throughput and cost benchmarking, KPI and dashboard design, compliance and risk controls, and change management for operational adoption. I specialize in diagnosing bottlenecks, standardizing processes, and building metrics that drive smarter, faster decision-making.


Depending on need, I offer targeted advisory, focused implementation sprints, or fractional operations leadership. This allows organizations to move beyond slideware and ideas into tangible execution—unlocking efficiency, resilience, and impact where it matters most.
