I work with individuals, leaders, and organizations through four focused offerings: The Aligned Life Program (Life Coaching), Clarity-Led Career & Leadership Coaching (Career and Executive Coaching), Strategic Clarity Consulting, and Ongoing / Ad-Hoc Coaching. Engagement Structure
• 60-minute 1:1 online sessions (Google Meet)
• Weekly, bi-weekly or monthly cadence, aligned to your goals and availability
• Recommended 4–12 sessions (for the programs, 3 sessions minimum), flexible to your pace and needs
• Between-session message support for brief check-ins or clarifications
• Written session summary after each meeting with key insights, decisions, and actions
Standards of the Work
• Expect to be challenged and offered perspectives that surface blind spots, test assumptions, and expand how you see your situation and choices.
• A confidential, judgment-free space where honesty, nuance, and uncertainty are welcome.

I bring over 15 years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, fleet, and product leadership, with a track record of managing complex programs across Europe and the US at Amazon. Trained as an Industrial & Systems Engineer and certified in PMP, Lean, and Six Sigma Green Belt, I combine strategic vision with analytical depth and hands-on execution.
